Nghị định 95/2013/ND-CP Xử phạt hành chính trong lĩnh vực lao động, BHXH (english) căn cứ Luật tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2001; căn cứ luật xử lý vi phạm hành chính ngày 20 tháng 6 năm 2012; căn cứ bộ luật lao động ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2012; Căn cứ luật bảo hiểm xã hội ngày 29 tháng 6 năm 2006; căn cứ luật người lao động Việt Nam đi làm việc ở nước ngoài theo hợp đồng ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2006; Theo đè nghị của Bộ trưởng bộ lao động – thương binh và xã hội; Chính phủ ban hành nghị định quy định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực lao động, bảo hiểm xã hội, đưa người lao động Việt Nam đi làm việc ở nước ngoài theo hợp đồng.
